'Thanks for the great stay. It really was superb and a very pleasant surprise after a long day, particularly Denis and the cycling - luckily I just happen to travel with bike in tow. Loved your cooking and laid back attitude, I guess a bit of Ballingeary has rubbed off on you both. I wish you the best of luck for the future and many happy guests. Certainly I will recommend you. It's a pity that it's such a long drive to sample the apple crumble and brown cake, but the motorway helps.'
